Occupational Health And Safety Policy

The common goal of the senior management and all employees of Arıkan Kriko ve Mak. San. Tic. A.Ş. is to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and to continuously improve their effectiveness in line with the expectations and requirements of our internal and external stakeholders during all stages of product, process design, and production activities.

In line with this policy, the following principles have been established:

• To ensure the fulfillment of the special requirements of all customers and other interacting regulators, primarily the legal requirements regarding occupational health and safety,

• To ensure that occupational health and safety rules are adopted by all employees and stakeholders, and to ensure the full implementation of these rules in work areas,

• To create safe and healthy working conditions to prevent injuries and health impairment with a "safety first" consciousness,

• To develop systems that will minimize our losses in case of emergencies (earthquake, fire, flood, water inundation, uncontrolled discharge, chemical spill, etc.) and according to potential equipment safety risk analyses,

• To take occupational health and safety requirements into account during product and process design, the production process, and/or significant process changes,

• To encourage the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by ensuring its complete provision for our employees and visitors within our field of activity,

• To conduct risk analyses covering all fields of activity, to identify potential risks and eliminate hazards, or to ensure the determination and finalization of activities to reduce risk levels,

• To make continuous improvement efforts sustainable with the support of management and employees,

• We commit to ensuring the consultation and participation of employees and employee representatives for the determination and realization of occupational health and safety objectives.
