Occupational Health And Safety Policy

The common goal of Arıkan Kriko ve Mak. San. Tic. A.Ş. senior management and all employees is to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and to continuously improve their effectiveness throughout all stages of product and process design and production activities, in line with the expectations and requirements of our internal and external stakeholders.

In line with this policy, the following principles have been established:

• To ensure compliance with all applicable legal requirements related to occupational health and safety, as well as specific conditions set forth by all customers and other regulatory bodies we interact with,

• To ensure that occupational health and safety rules are adopted by all employees and stakeholders, and to enforce the full implementation of these rules in all work areas,

• To establish safe and healthy working conditions in order to prevent injuries and deterioration of health, guided by the principle of “safety and health first,”

• To develop systems that minimize potential losses in emergency situations (such as earthquakes, fires, floods, uncontrolled discharges, chemical spills, etc.) and in accordance with equipment safety risk analyses,

• To consider occupational health and safety requirements during product and process design, production processes, and/or in cases of significant process changes,

• To ensure the complete provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for our employees and visitors within our operational areas, and to promote their proper use,

• To conduct risk analyses covering all areas of activity, identify potential risks, eliminate hazards, and ensure that activities aimed at reducing risk levels are defined and implemented,

• To maintain the sustainability of continuous improvement activities with the support of management and employees,

• To ensure the consultation and participation of employee representatives in the determination and achievement of occupational health and safety objectives.

We hereby commit to implementing and continuously improving this Occupational Health and Safety Policy in all our activities.
