Health And Safety Policy

The common goal of Arıkan Kriko ve Mak. San.Tic. A.Ş. senior management and all employees is to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety laws and continuously improve its effectiveness in line with the expectations and requirements of our internal and external stakeholders at all stages of product, process design and production activities.

In line with this policy, the following principles have been determined:

1. To ensure that occupational health and safety rules are adopted by all employees, to fully implement these rules in work areas, to make them sustainable by continuously improving them with the support of management and employees,

2. To ensure that the legal requirements regarding occupational health and safety are met, as well as the special conditions of all customers and other rule makers with whom we interact,

3. To create accident-free work environments with occupational health and safety awareness first and to develop systems that will minimize our losses in emergency situations (earthquakes, fire, flood, uncontrolled discharge, chemical spillage, etc.) and according to possible equipment safety risk analysis,

4. Consider occupational health and safety requirements in product and process design, production process and/or significant process changes,

5. Encourage the use of Personal Protective Equipment by ensuring complete supply for our employees and visitors in our field of activity,

6. Conduct risk analysis covering all areas of activity, identify and eliminate potential risks or ensure that activities to reduce the risk level are determined and finalized,

7. Ensure that all employees and suppliers adopt the occupational health and safety culture and support and increase their efforts in this direction.
