As for the sheet metal parts that begin their journey in our in-house tool shop, the fact that we are able to make both design and production of all our tooling and fixtures considerably contributes to the process capability.
From deep drawing to progressive, with a scale of 160 to 1000 tonnes, Arikan holds a challenging process capability both in hydraulic and eccentric presses.
The next destination of sheet metal parts right after the press shop would be in-house paint shop, robot weld line or semi/full automated assembly lines. All of these stations are equipped with various sensors, switches and poka-yokes in order to serve our principal of “Minimum Error, Maximum Efficiency”.
