Prototype

Prototype

In the phase where the perfected design through analysis are turned into a prototype, the first step is the rapid prototyping and then cross-checking the working principles and kinematic structure of the assembly. This is a supporting point in order to define the process flow and potential required development. Besides, the output of such activity provides data for member training.

Following the rapid prototyping, real prototypes which will meet the exact mass production conditions without needing any external support are built through the use of current equipment and machinery. At this stage design approval is completed with a range of laboratory and vehicle tests.

Process trials during prototype phase additionally contribute to the development of mass production equipment and help increase the overall efficiency.
