Design

The first and utmost important step in creating a perfect product is the design phase. This phase includes designing the final product and all of its sub-components by pursuing several milestones such as product and project outlines, endurance conditions as per various international norms, visual attributes, user friendliness and ergonomics. Each of these milestones plays a certain role in designing the product along with its sub-components. Consecutively, the ideal material nomination is performed by taking the test expectations into account.

When vehicle-specific stowage data is obtained; we aim to give cost, space and weight saving design suggestions upon studying all the adjacent parts and mechanisms of our product.

The in-house application of DFMEA is one of our capabilities that have a strengthening impact on our command of process, as all error modes are evaluated at this stage, aiming zero defects.
