Our Quality Policy 1. Develop the quality management system and ensure sustainability.

Fulfill all the duties indicated on Quality Organisational Guideline as a whole QA team from Incoming Material Inspection to Despatch.

2. Offer reliable and on-time products with good quality and competitive costs, which meet customers’ requirements

Manufacture products according to their quality standards, make sure customer has access to the product at all times, reduce the costs with some improvement and do not compromise the quality in a competitive environment.

3. Make sure every task undertaken is completed successfully with a good plan and right the first time.

Respect the promised dates for customers, as well as the plan for part accuracy.

4. Assure a continuous development of process efficiency and productivity.

Along with all these tasks, maintain a continuous development mind-set.

5. Increase employee satisfaction and efficiency.

Ensure members’ capability with strong and efficient training programs and make development as required with periodical surveys.

6. Maintain sub-supplier development (quality, despatch, cost, quantity).

Strengthen cooperation with suppliers by conveying our experiences and knowledge on quality, despatch, cost and product quantity.

7. Facilitate teamwork in every field and assure quality.

Obtain more efficient results through teamwork rather than individual effort. Bear in mind quality comes first.

8. Abide by laws and regulations (Prohibited Material, Health & Safety, etc.)

Fulfill the customers’ requirements on environmental procedures and follow legal quality obligations and other regulations.
