Selection and RecruitmentArikan aims to make a right selection and recruitment with the help of job interviews, English Proficiency Tests, Technical Quizzes, Reference Check, Incident Analysis and some recruitment techniques. The priority points during member selection process are self-confidence, capability of teamwork, a strategic mind-set and openness to personal improvement. Equality is assured for each member thereof.

TrainingWe give particular importance to training at each level and each step to ensure members’ improvement. A comprehensive training plan is prepared including internal and external training sessions throughout the year in order to enhance our members’ personal and technical capabilities. The major target here is to make sure each and every member gains knowledge and experience to conduct their proficiency in a professional environment and improve themselves and hence, their efficiency through a career plan.
Performance Analysis SystemArikan makes annual performance analysis based on company and individual targets and aims to robust overall performance by a rewarding system.
Each member is evaluated equally and objectively. Among the performance analysis output are new-term wages, promotions, improvement plans, back-up and rewarding processes.
